The Council may use anonymised content of communications in order to review & improve the content of the Your voice website and our overall service to the public.

Responsibility of Service Visitors

The Council will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, harm or inconvenience arising in any way whatsoever from your use of the Service or from material made available through, or downloaded from the Service or through any websites to which the Service links or that link to the Service.

The listing of sites and links to them should not be taken as an endorsement of any kind by the Council. The Council does not accept responsibility for the contents or reliability of the linked websites nor does it accept any liability for their accuracy or content. Responsibility of Contributions You are responsible for any Content which you post and are entirely responsible for any harm resulting from that Content.  Content means links, audio, video, text, images, software or any other content.  You should not post Content unless you hold the copyright for it or have obtained permission from the copyright holder.

When you submit your contribution, you allow the Council to use the Content in any way it may reasonably choose, worldwide and on a free of charge basis without any credit to you.

The Council retains the right to remove Content which is offensive, threatening, defamatory or which may breach copyright. The Council also has the right to terminate or deny access to and use of the Service where the Council believes that you have not complied with these Terms of Use.

You should also be aware that the posting of inappropriate Content may give rise to civil or criminal legal action against you, depending on the nature of the Content.

Changes

The Council may revise these Terms of Use at any time by amending this page.  You should check this page periodically for changes as you will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use the Service after such change has been posted. The Council may in the future also offer new services, tools, features or resources which shall be subject to these Terms of Use.
