Get Blackhall Growing
No comments Grow Your Own fund
The proposal is to create a small fruit and vegetable plot on the grounds of Blackhall Primary School to drive enthusiasm, engagement and education about growing food locally, particularly amongst children and young people.
Community Garden at Pilton Equalities Project (PEP)
No comments Grow Your Own fund
We will expand PEP’s community garden to grow fresh, sustainable food for local people. With greenhouses, tools, and a sessional gardener, the project will support volunteering, improve wellbeing, and reduce food insecurity – aligning with Edinburgh’s Net Zero and Anti-Poverty goals whilst strengthening community connection through inclusive, hands-on growing activities.
